Shari Brayer and Andrea Kolomiets—founders and directors of Spring Hill Day School —are former Williamson County kindergarten teachers who share a passion for making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. As certified elementary educators and longtime residents of Spring Hill and Franklin, they recognized a growing need for additional early learning options in the Spring Hill community. Their vision grew from a desire to support local families and provide young children with a joyful, high-quality start to their educational journey.
With a combined 22 years of classroom experience, Shari and Andrea bring extensive knowledge and a well-rounded perspective on what children need to thrive in the early elementary years and beyond. Their shared expertise and passion for early learning have shaped their vision for a preschool that truly supports families in the Spring Hill community. They are thrilled to have the opportunity to build and open a program designed with young learners—and their families—at the heart of every decision.

Welcome to Spring Hill Day School! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our school. Each day at Spring Hill Day School is an exciting new opportunity to enrich the minds of our students, and we hope your child will join us.
Spring Hill Day School welcomes students regardless of race, gender, national and ethnic origin, and is non discriminatory in all our policies. We accept children between the ages of 18 months – pre K.
There are no specific academic entrance requirements; however, we base admission decisions on many factors, especially your child’s age and suitability for our program.
We accept applications all year round. Because space is limited, we encourage prospective parents to begin the admission process in January for the following academic year.

Founders and directors Shari Brayer and Andrea Kolomiets are former Williamson County kindergarten teachers who share a passion for creating fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences. As certified elementary educators and longtime local residents, their shared vision is rooted in supporting families and giving young children a joyful, high-quality start to their educational journey.
Andrea
Andrea is originally from Athens, GA and holds a Masters’ degree in Education from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA. Andrea taught over 14 years, teaching Second grade, Special Education and Kindergarten.
Shari
Shari is originally from Youngstown, OH and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Shari taught Kindergarten for 9 years in Franklin, TN.
