SPRING HILL DAY SCHOOL 2026-27 ADMISSIONS AGREEMENT*
*This document serves as a 10 Month Financial Agreement.
Tuition Payment Structure & Enrollment Commitment*
I understand that tuition is an annual amount, spread out over 10 months, each month is of equal amount for the 10 months, August 2026 through May 2027. This contract is binding for the entire period.

Withdrawals from SHDS require a (60) day written notice. We cannot accept notices after Feb. 28, 2027. Therefore two (2) full months of tuition are due from the date of notice given.

Payments begin August 2, 2026, and conclude on May 2, 2027, for the 2026-27 school year.

Registration: A non-refundable annual registration fee in the amount of $175.00 per child is due upon enrollment and registration at Spring Hill Day School. This fee will be auto drafted within 5 business days upon receiving enrollment paperwork. SDHS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING CHECKS AS PAYMENT.

Supply Fee: Annual supply fee (for currently enrolled families) will be auto drafted on June 2nd, 2026. Supply fee is non-refundable. For any family enrolling after June 2nd, supply fees will be auto drafted within 5 business days.

Tuition: Tuition is due on the 2nd of each month. Please plan to have available funds.

Insufficient Funds: Auto-drafts that are returned by the bank, are subject to a $25 penalty. Payment arrangements must be made by cash the following business day or alternate bank account.

Absences / Vacations: Tuition remains the same each month, regardless of attendance or school holidays since tuition is based on an annual fee divided by 10 months. Credit is not given for absence due to any personal illness ,vacation/holiday, or inclement weather. We cannot hold your child’s spot in the school for extended vacations without continued payment of tuition.

Reductions: We cannot allow for any reduction in days, (from 5 days to 2 days for example) as staffing requirements are based on your committed program days at the time of enrollment.

As a condition of enrollment for my child, I consent to and will comply with this admission agreement. I understand that the policies contained in this Admission Agreement will remain in effect until notified otherwise by the Director of Spring Hill Day School.

ACH DEBIT AUTHORIZATION 2026-2027
I (we) hereby authorize Spring Hill Day School, hereinafter called Company, to initiate debit entries to my (our) account indicated below and the financial institution named below, hereinafter called Financial Institution, to debit the same to such account for Monthly Tuition Payments. I (we) acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my (our) account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.

If the debit is recurring and the date of the debit falls on a non-banking day, the debit will hit your account on the next banking day and will not hit your account prior to the authorized date.

(Note: For varying amounts the company must send, based on the NACHA Operating Rules, written notification of the amount and the date on or after which the transfer will be debited at least ten calendar days in advance of the debit. If the date varies, the Rules state that the Originator must send the Receiver notification of new date at least seven calendar days in advance of the debit.)

This authority is to remain in full force and effect until Company has received written notification from me of its termination in such time and manner as to afford Company and Financial Institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

Tennessee Department of Human Services: Influenza Information Notification Form
Public Chapter 687 requires the Department of Human Service and the Department of Health to work together to educate parents of children in childcare agencies regarding the importance of immunizing their children against influenza. The Department of Human Services works with childcare agencies to ensure that this information is distributed annually to parents in August and September.
