Registration: A non-refundable annual registration fee in the amount of $175.00 per child is due upon enrollment and registration at Spring Hill Day School. This fee will be auto drafted within 5 business days upon receiving enrollment paperwork. SDHS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING CHECKS AS PAYMENT.
Supply Fee: Annual supply fee (for currently enrolled families) will be auto drafted on June 2nd, 2026. Supply fee is non-refundable. For any family enrolling after June 2nd, supply fees will be auto drafted within 5 business days.
Tuition: Tuition is due on the 2nd of each month. Please plan to have available funds.
Insufficient Funds: Auto-drafts that are returned by the bank, are subject to a $25 penalty. Payment arrangements must be made by cash the following business day or alternate bank account.
Absences / Vacations: Tuition remains the same each month, regardless of attendance or school holidays since tuition is based on an annual fee divided by 10 months. Credit is not given for absence due to any personal illness ,vacation/holiday, or inclement weather. We cannot hold your child’s spot in the school for extended vacations without continued payment of tuition.
Reductions: We cannot allow for any reduction in days, (from 5 days to 2 days for example) as staffing requirements are based on your committed program days at the time of enrollment.
As a condition of enrollment for my child, I consent to and will comply with this admission agreement. I understand that the policies contained in this Admission Agreement will remain in effect until notified otherwise by the Director of Spring Hill Day School.
